MailEnable
MailEnable Configuration
- In the MailEnable Admin Console
- Select MailEnable Management > Messaging Manager > Filters
- Click Create New Filter and check the Enable checkbox
- Enter Filter Name
- Select filter Where the message is associated with this postoffice from Use standard criteria list
- Add Action Forward message to specific recipient and add the Email address that will receive all postoffice emails eg. archive@domain.com
MailArchiva Configuration
- In the MailArchiva Admin Console, click Configuration->Connections
- Create a New Connection of type IMAP Client
- Complete the following
- Server Address: [mail server where archive@domain.com postoffice is hosted]
- Username: [archive@domain.com]
- Password: [mailbox password]
- Save
