After Cloud Setup, configure your mail service (e.g. Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace) to forward journaling traffic to MailArchiva as per below.
Microsoft 365 - Configure a journal rule in Microsoft 365 (i.e. Office 365) to forward traffic to MailArchiva
Google Workspace - Configure routing Google Workspace to forward SMTP traffic to MailArchiva
Complete the Microsoft 365 (i.e. Office 365) configuration steps below to forward traffic to the MailArchiva Cloud.
From within the Exchange Admin Center:
Visit Microsoft Purview
After the above steps are completed, MailArchiva should begin receiving journaling traffic. Click Search to see the email appearing in the search results.
Choose Option 1) or Option 2) below.
Go to the Admin Console of your Google Apps domain
Choose Apps, then Google Workspace, then Gmail
Select Routing at the bottom of the page.
Click Configure in Third party archiving section
Go to the Admin Console of your Google Apps domain
Choose Apps, then Google Workspace, then Gmail
Select Routing at the bottom of the page.
In the Routing section, click Configure.
Enter MailArchiva for a short description of the route.
Select Internal sending and Internal receiving.
Check Add more recipients under "For the above types of messages, modify message.."
In the email address field, enter:
After the above steps are completed, MailArchiva should begin receiving journaling traffic. Click Search to see the email appearing in the search results.
