Status Chart

A system activity chart is accessible from Status->Charts. The chart provides an indication of the behaviour of the system over time.



The bars in the chart have the following significance:

• Received (Blue) - Document was received and queued
• Duplicate (Orange) - Document was not archived. There was already a duplicate found in the archive.
• Ignored (Red) -  Document was not archived. A matching archiving rule instructed the system to ignore it.
• Archive (Green) - Document was archived successfully

If either no bars are present (i.e. nothing received) or only blue bars appear (i.e. received, but not archived) refer to Archiving Stopped for a resolution.
