MailArchiva Cloud Compliance

We take data security and privacy seriously at Stimulus Software and strive to manage archived data in a secure and compliant manner. Our MailArchiva Cloud service is hosted in AICPA SOC 2 Type II, SOC 3 Type II, and ISO/IEC 27001:2013 certified data centres, which have been independently audited to meet stringent security, availability, and confidentiality requirements.

To ensure the security of archived data, we transmit it to third-party object storage through TLS secured connections to a secure and redundant SOC 2 Type II certified data centre. Our archived data is also encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption, which is a widely recognized and secure encryption standard. This means that in the unlikely event of a breach of the third-party object store, the encrypted data will be difficult to de-cypher by unauthorized parties.

Our third-party object storage offers eleven nines (99.999999999%) durability of objects over a given year, ensuring that data loss is highly unlikely. We regularly conduct security risk assessments to maintain compliance standards. In summary, we strive to maintain industry best practices to ensure that our MailArchiva Cloud service is compliant with security, privacy, and compliance standards.
